1. Acknowledgment of Risk
By participating in any training sessions, camps, clinics, or activities provided by Coach Reese 702 LLC, you acknowledge that athletic activities, including but not limited to baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, and general fitness training, involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
Physical injury (minor or serious)
Falls, collisions, or equipment-related injuries
Strains, sprains, or overexertion
Unforeseen accidents or hazards
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Coach Reese 702 LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any programs or use of facilities.
This includes claims based on negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Medical Consent
You certify that you (or your child) are physically able to participate in training activities.
In the event of an emergency, you authorize Coach Reese 702 LLC to obtain medical treatment on your behalf if you cannot be reached. You agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
4. Parental/Guardian Consent (For Minors)
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to this waiver.
By allowing participation, the parent/guardian:
Accepts all risks on behalf of the minor
Agrees to this release of liability
Confirms the minor is physically able to participate
5. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Follow all instructions from coaches and staff
Use equipment properly
Treat others with respect
Coach Reese 702 LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.
6. No Guarantees
Results from training programs may vary. Coach Reese 702 LLC does not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, performance improvements, or results.
7. Media Release
By participating, you grant Coach Reese 702 LLC permission to use photos and videos of participants for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, without compensation.
If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing at coach@coachreese702.com.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
9. Agreement and Acceptance
By using this website, registering for services, or participating in any activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.
