K-5 Youth Development
Youth Development & Mentorship
A flexible, real-world development program designed for 1–2 hours per week, built around the needs of each student.
Using over 20 years of coaching experience, this program combines sports training, academic support, and mentorship to help youth grow in confidence, discipline, and decision-making. Sessions may include skill work in sports such as golf, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, and lacrosse, along with homework help and general academic support when needed.
Each session is adaptive and guided by what the student needs most that day—whether that’s athletic development, schoolwork support, or personal guidance. The focus is on building strong habits, improving effort, and reinforcing positive behavior both on and off the field.
This is not a rigid curriculum. It is consistent, weekly mentorship designed to support the whole student—athletically, academically, and personally.
